I’m a big fan of natural and organic products and was so happy to receive samples of Earth Tu Face skincare line. The brand was founded in 2010 by Sarah Buscho and Marina Storm in their California kitchen and herbal garden. Their products are purely plant-based 100% natural skincare line, free of toxins or synthetic compounds. For the body, I tried the Exfoliate + Hydrate Salt Scrub which was inspired by Ayurvedic principles and made with dead sea salts and organic oils including lavender, basil, and bergamot. It smelled heavenly and made my skin feel like satin.
Another favorite was the Organic Lotion Rose + Geranium which was inspired by designer Jenni Kayne’s garden. It has a gorgeous floral scent that is not too sweet and overpowering. It’s a bit pricey at $65 but I’ve been using it as hand lotion and have had it in my bathroom for several months and it lasts quite a while.
I really loved the Vanilla Butter which is 100% organic and made with virgin coconut + vanilla beans + clary Sage. It smells delicious and a little goes a long way.
For the face, the exfoliant powder mask is fantastic. Made with organic flower petals, clay and gluten-free oats, it can be used as a mask, an exfoliating scrub or both. You take about a tablespoon of the powder, mix it with teaspoon of water and spread it on your face and let dry for about 10 minutes. It left my face super soft and it’s gentle enough for daily use.
Made with organic distilled rose water, organic aloe water and organic rose and rose geranium essential oils, this toner is so refreshing. Can be used as a daily toner, make-up setter, after-sun spray and base moisturizer to boost exposure to healthy botanicals.
I’m very impressed with the Earth Tu Face products and I think it’s worth the splurge to get quality organic products.
